The provisions of the Kansas Criminal Code (K.S.A. Supp. 21-5101:6712, inclusive and amendments thereto), which are in their nature applicable to the jurisdiction of the city and in respect to which no special provision is made by ordinance of the city are applicable to this criminal code.

If any provision of this code is declared unconstitutional, or the application thereof to any person or circumstance is held invalid, the constitutionality of the remainder of the code and the applicability thereof to other persons and circumstances shall not be affected thereby.
